Jessie was a pro from day one. We landed our first offer thanks to Jessie's strong understanding of the current market. Jessie's group has a great reputation in Greater Portland. Zillow and Jessie was a winning combination. When we wanted to see a property, she was there ASAP. In this market, you have to move fast to land a home. You want Jessie on your side.

We got an immediate good feeling when we first met with Jessie for our meet and greet. After finding our first property, she was honest in what it was going to take to get, which was too out of our budget. At the time not getting that house admittedly hurt, but we persevered.Moving from out of state made it more difficult to visit properties, but when we did schedule a second showing Jessie was there with us. This house was a disaster - all the beautiful pictures were like online dating, the house looked nothing like the angles the pictures were taken from. Disappointed for wasting the drive, we had noticed a house went on the market the night before, and even though the pictures were dark and disastrous, we took a chance and asked her if we could see it. She immediately called and got us a showing - before they were planning on showing it. Needless to say, it was the exact opposite of the first house. For all the dark pictures that didn't do it justice, it was a gorgeous property we immediately knew would fit our needs. The only problem was the listing square footage was massively overstated, and we would find during negotiations several other issues with the disclosure were also inaccurate, which gave us confidence the house was listed too high. Despite push back from the sellers and listing agent, Jessie was able to negotiate and get us a reasonable price with money back at closing. She even went above and beyond and scheduled some required maintenance so it would happen immediately after move in. We are thrilled we had her in our corner and absolutely love our new home. We've been here just over a month and just heard from her to check in.

Jesse is marvelous. Since we were out-of -state, she visited three listings for us and we zoom toured.
